How is your local government fighting homelessness and crime in your area? Do you feel that they should be doing more? What are some suggestions that you would give to your local politicians and police force?

Where i live they are not doing one thing to help the homeless... only ones helping is the non profit organizations and they need funding and help too.. As for crime.. thats always gonna be around. The cops do one bust for drugs, guns or prostitution on one block.. next block there is more there.. so its a never ending story.. but how do you end crime when someone is being busted, there are like 6 cops jumping on him.. beating him up or kicking him.. telling him to shut up and cursing them out.. That is why so many people resist arrest and more crimes are commited.. maybe one day..
