Gee Brent nats can be a real biiitch to get rid of...ants are easier but nats mmmmmm
usually ants are in a place becuase there is something they like there.
either some form of food or a idea place to nest. You may want to check around and see if you perhaps have a leak cuasing moisture and rot. Ants love to nest in rotten wood.
ants don't like dish soap either. We used a 50 50 mix of water and sunlight to make ants move out of hills. might try this but if there is something they like there chances are they will return

fill a bowl with 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar and a couple drops of liquid dish detergent. Leave in place for a week.it will attract the bugs and then they will drown. pour vinegar down drain occasionally.

Try cleaning real good with Clorox. After you clean real good with it pore some down the drain. Hope this helps!

But seriously, if you take a better look, there is something in your bathroom that they are attracted to. You might celan and your trash can and and spray it with lysol.
