Yes, a newspaper can print whatever they want about you.
Granted, a newspaper isn't going to print something like your SSN or date of birth, but you'll see a name, age and city on a regular basis.
You can try and sue, but you'll lose. You do not have a reasonable expectation of priacy with regard to your name, address, age or place of employment.

They can print whatever they want, as long as it's true. John Doe, 45, of Anywhere, USA, was arrested today on charges of aggravated manslaughter. He is suspected in the December death of Jane Doe. He was released on $10000 bond and is awaiting formal charges.
Next week: charges have been filed by the State's Attorney against John Doe, etc.

sure, Kimi. after I worked the police beat for the St. Joseph (Mo.) Gazette, installation a persons' deal with became quite common. same as after I worked the courthouse beat and the obituary table. If it truly is contained in the newspaper, meaning your deal with became taken from another record on which the article/tale is depending. you are able to call and get a retraction if it truly is incorrect, or ask them now to not print your deal with again, in case you assume it may run in destiny additions. Or, you are able to only call and ask to talk with the newspaper's readers' advise or someone on the reproduction table who will clarify it in additional suitable element.

Yes they can. Your name, address, age, gender and why a person was arrested, if you made bond or not, arraignment, and the court date, & if you were or were not convicted of this crime.
It is a matter of public opinion.

If you were arrested and charges filed, the police's documents are public information. Therefore, as long as the are clear that your were charged with the crime -- as opposed to convicted -- they can print it!
