Kinda of watching "Lewis" (Inspector Morse's sidekick). Can someone tell me what happened to his wife as I missed the series opening episode.

Sue, she is starring in a 'Morse' spin-off of her own being shown on ITV 6, I think its called 'Brenda'....something to do with a housewife who burns the cakes & scorches the kids undies BUT still manages to solve a wide variety of murder mysteries along with her childhood friend & companion 'Jenny' who doubles as an Oxford City Parking Attendant.
