For example, when you are minding your business on the tube/train, in a queue in shops, or walking down and street and they just stare at you until they pass.... Sometimes I can ignore this but other days if Im feeling low I think they must think Im some sort of freaky, alien..

I've actually had this happen to day. I think either I look better than I thought i did and they like it, or there is a big booger on my cheek or something bad somewhere. OR, perhaps I am scowling or doing some facial expression I am not aware of.
Either way, I am getting real tired of other people being just rude for no reason.

it used to happen all the time in my dance class.. there was this one girl that would ALWAYS be staring at me! and since we were short on guy dancing partners, she would always try to get paired up with me... then one day she said i was really beautiful and wanted to know if wanted to go out with her and she could "show me a good time"... I got freaked out but my bf said i should've done it...

Very awkward. Some are looking at me in jealousy (not to be stuck up). Yesterday in Wal*Mart this couple (two women) started looking at me freaky and when they turned the corner i heard them say, "Did u see that white girl?!"

Yeah, usually it's cause they're jealous of something. I get it all the time because I'm tall, skinny, and always have a smile on my face. People envy happiness.

It doesn't bother me.
I just embarrass them by shouting: Hey baby, quit undressing me with your eyeballs! I'm a person, not a piece of meat!

I does happen and my first thought is touch me and I will bash your face in. Whats even worse is my husband noticed.

depends...if its a gang of chavvy looking girls, I walk fast and hope they dont attack me lol
apart from that I hardly ever notice people looking at me...next time just smile and walk on :D

I think they are checking you out to see if they can figure out how to put an outfit together like yours or to see how your makeup is different from theirs.
