Start>control panel>system>advanced tab>performance settings>advanced tab>virtual memory (at bottom) click the change button. Here you will see information on recommended amounts, minimum allowed, etc. Adjust your size to something you're happy with, click ok, apply and close. Ta-da!

Depending on your operating system, i will presume you have XP.. you're virtual memory should increase automatically to compensate, in some circumstances however it will not, and can be manually changed by opening System in Control Panel > Advanced > Performance Settings > Advanced > Change > and set the Virtual Memory to "System Managed File". Alternatively you could invest in some new RAM! try www.crucial.com

1. Right click on My Computer then Choose Properties
2. On System Properties, choose Advanced Tab
3. Click on Performance Options, On Virtual Memory option, click change button.
4. Change your virtual memory ( suggest 1.5 time your physical memory, you can make it 2 time but it might slow down your computer).
5. Ok, then restart.

Hope it helps your issue!

What that is telling you is that your hard drive is nearly full. The swap file goes on the hard drive and, when it is low on space you get those warnings.

What to do: Clean out some of your trash files. OR
Buy a bigger hard drive. OR
Buy more RAM (this has its limits too) OR
All of the above.
