well my cousin works taking care of this elderly lady and she was asked to spend the night with her because the lady that works nights was sick and called out of work, so she asked me to spend the night with her, and i said ok. so when i was at the ladys house i went to use the bathroom on the second floor, when i was walking up the stairs i felt like i was being watched. then when i got to the bathroom i left the door a little open, and the door slamed shut when i was peeing. when i was washing my hands i heard my cousin walk up the stairs, i didin't tell her what had happend because it was probably the wind, so we were talking and i heard two little girls giggling in the room next to the bathroom , i said omg jennifer did you just hear that!! she said no what did you hear, and i said i heard little children laughing. she told me that i was just hearing stuff. then when we were going down the stairs i heard i again and i looked at my cousin and she was looking at me and she yelled i heard that! and we both ran down the steps. the next day we asked the other workers if they also had experience stuff like this and they said yes, and that they hear things only on the second floor, my cousin still works there and she says she hears foot steps all the time comming from up stairs.

Not quite a ghost story, more of a preminition (sp?)
I was just watching tv and for some reason i thought about one of my uncles i had not seen or spoken to in 5 years and started to have a bad feeling. I wasn't sure why, so i asked my mom if she'd talk to him in a while and said maybe we should visit him soon. She said she was actually just calling him because she had a bad feeling. Anyways, we called and all was good....he ended up dieing that night.
So now whenever my mom gets a bad feeling or i do...i alwasy freak out. Ends up most of the time nothing at all happens. Still have that in the back of your mind though that something might.
Another weird incident....my aunt was dieing and she kept saying all these things that didn't make sense...basically crazy stuff at the time. Thats what we all thought it was atleast. Long story short, all those random thigns came true within the next couple of years.
One example was...in their country you place into a highscool and then apply for it afterwards. Well she said her son who was only 3 had to apply to this one school that didn't exist. By the time he was old enough to go into highschool, someone with no connection to the family opened up a highschool in that name and his scores placed him directly into that school.

I do...it's the night that I learned to believe in ghosts. In the early 90's, I lived in an old brownstone apartment in Bremerton, Washington. History said that at one time it was an old brothel that dated back to the late 1800s. One night, while in bed with my girl friend (at the time), she violently woke me up, shaking me saying, "Get up...get up! You've been drinking. I can smell it!"
Funny thing was, I hadn't been drinking (I was underage at the time). When I woke up, I smelled the alcohol also. It was as if someone was breathing on us--directly in our faces, reeking of whiskey. There was something--lingering above our bed. Then there was a chilled breeze that blew through our bedroom, which was odd considering that all of the windows were closed. We had a dresser drawer in our bedroom where we kept our toilettries, all the things on top of the dresser started shaking and falling over.
"It's a ghost," she told me. "We have to just ask it to leave."
Which she did and afterwards, everything was calm again. Neither she nor I have ever forgotten that night.
That was the night that I started believing in ghosts.
