overvalued: Bruce Springsteen has consistently looked way overvalued to me. i've got not heard one music that made me think of i must be incorrect the two, he in simple terms would not provoke me, no longer something new or interesting, in simple terms variety of there. Underrated: i will carry on with extra recent bands provided that maximum underrated previous bands have somewhat extensive underground cult followings now. against Me - fairly have the full acoustic punk subject down extra effective than anybody i've got ever heard, and their electric powered punk is catchy as hell. i will think of of extra later probable.

The most overrated rock band of all time has got to be The Rolling Stones. Followed by Aerosmith.
Take away the flamboyance that being "rockstars" lets them afford, and there have been 1000's of garage bands in the UK and the US who have been just as or more talented, but just never got a lucky break.

overrated- U2
perfectly rated- Radiohead has deserved every great review and compliment they have ever gotten. have tons of fans and deserve them all.
underrated-Porcupine Tree (Steven Wilson, and also Blackfield), Opeth, Muse always get overlooked in the new-brit-alt-rock genre (and their singles do them little justice), dredg (their album El Cielo is 5-star, but they get 0 attention),

Overrated: Fallout Boy, they just suck too much to have fans

why? because their first 3 albums were amazing and had wonderful lyrics that actually mean somthing. their new album, just plain nonsense. i still have respect for their old music. their still an awesome band but they need to go back to the way they were
underrated.
Panic! at the disco
why? everyone says they love them when they know one or two songs. then everyone goes around saying that they go on putting an act and are really horrible people. thats not true. iv met brendon ryan and spencer. jon was in the bathroom. ryan and spencer were both really nice, brendon was nice too, but he didnt really talk to us that much. spencer and ryan talked to us for about 10 mins and were the nicest people ever. panic! isnt really underrated by there music, but their personalities :]
