He's not smart enough to be responsible for anything. Someone will have to tell him what he should say. He's an IDIOT. Think of it this way if ALL (and I mean all) you had to do was go to college, not make your breakfast, pick out your clothes, wash, or work or drive, don't you think you could get a better grade than a "C" in ANY college in the country? I hate republicans. Everybody go vote next time!

If you believe that the top person is responsible
for everything in the administration then you are
correct. This is ridiculous but following this
logic Bush is resposible for all crime in America
since he is, by position, the head of Law Enforcement.
He, as the decider(your word),has decided to appoint
a bi-partisan committee to fix the problem - which is
probably the result of the Clinton administration's
budget cuts for military related institutions. Bush
visited New Orleans after Katrina and didn't wave
his magic wand to make it go away....so he is guilty.
Give me a break.....No President...Washington,
Lincoln, Kennedy, Reagan, Clinton or Bush is ever
responsible (realistically) for everything in a vast
federal government that may be wrong...but they
have the responsibility to fix them to the best of their
ability when they are brought to light.. I wish they had
that magic wand.

Congress does the Budget. The Hospitals have Administrators. What next 9/11 was Bush's fault because he wasn't there screening the passengers?

VA Hospitals are under the VA Administration. In other words, Not his job. Also the funding comes from Congress, the Liberal Congress. The same one that thrashed VA Budgets forever.
Based on your spelling, your country failed you in your education.
It is one of many hospitals, where Politicians go for care also. Funny how the Liberal Politicians, getting Free health care, didn't notice it when he or she was there

the problem is now being taken care of. since it is now in the public domain as knowledge. the moral of the story is -- the president cares but does not know all what goes on around...that is why he has such power and a huge bureaucracy to advise him. obviously some one did not do his/her job right in that particular field. hope it helps....not to worry once it is in the big news items...things begin to move. democracy and media attention work together. hope it helps.
