actually...yes lol
i did once and i stepped forward and yelled at a car about 100 yards away from me. i said " hey you stupid driver! watch where you're goin! I'm walkin here!" it turned out to be some old lady and she heard what i yelled at her and she flicked me off...mean old lady...she ruined my day until i saw a dead squirrel..i poked it with a stick =D
