the iron on patch works well, either on the inside or the outside. Place a strategic star on the rip or a big "X" marks the spot.

Put a retro patch on them, rip a couple more "small" places and fray the hem. These are expensive jeans now!! Throw on a dangle belt and be the envy of everyone cause they can't find them in the stores.

Throw an iron on patch (and iron it) on the inside of the jeans. Or patch it up with another jean material over the rip, or do another iron on patch over the rip...

You can put a cute patch on then or turn them inside out and sw them that way. Also, you can take them to professional, but you might as well just buy new ones if you do that cuz of the price. Good luck!
