I'm a freshman in college and live at home. Fast food is definitely out of the question. I want a job that isnt too hard, has flexible hours, and where I can make friends or possibly work with cute girls. Know of anything that sounds like that?

Working at the mall is always good. You could be one of those guys selling cellphone plans at kiosks. The only problem is they work purely on commission. But any job at the mall will let you work part time and be around girls. You could work at an electronics or music store. I would just walk around your local mall, and go into every interesting store and ask for an application. I gurantee you'll get at least a few call backs. just make sure you apply to a lot of places so you have several options

Nobody's going to hire you, lazy picky boy. You'll just socialize the whole time and not do any work.

When you apply for a job, it's suppoised to be about what YOU can do for your employer in exchange for your pay.
