Im not talkin about casual friends that come and go, Im talking about - Best Mates... Ones that mean it all.

yes i understand...
they are extremely important, you cannot go on without their support system!
you know parents and family are forced on you in a way, you have to love them or just go along with them, but friends are a different case, you have the ability to chose those who are exactly like you, think the same, love the same things you do and hate the same things as well, it's an amazing thing once you have them...
i wouldn't go a day without knowing that my 2 best friends are there safe and sound...

Of course they are important!! But i always remember that no one is perfect and no matter how great someone is at some point they will disappiont me so I dont depend on anyone for my happiness. When a true friend does let me down of course i still love them and forgive them.

Friends are really important because they stand for you when you are in need of a helping hand. Just as the saying goes "A friend in need is a friend in deed".
