Do it yourself. People who do home renovations by themselves instead of hiring a pro.

DIY means a do it yourself person in other words you must have the skills to carry out what is required by the company in that manner.

They basically want to know if you're capable of doing stuff with out being told what, when and how to do it. Looks like there looking for a real go getter. but it does mean do it your self.
