The Krazr is the new version of the Razr (v3), the Krazr is longer, as the Razr is wider and shorter. The Razr is really over priced and you can get a lot more for you money if you buy a phone from Sony Ericsson for example

the Krazr is meant to be more of a media player, for MP3s. The other is basically the same phone but w/o the media extras.

nothin really but da krazr is like more metalic and shiny and has an mp3 which some razrs can have 2.
