Actually, the whole 'moving meditation' kind of thing works better for me. I guess you could say that I put my hands to something, ponder what needs pondering, and see where it takes me.
The quote "In sorrow the sweetest things will grow, as flowers in the rain" was an anonymous cryptogram in a local newspaper many years back. Sorry. I do not know the author.
