No, he is too much of an idiot to to be able to accomplish even that job.

Hell no. He is committed to the vision that the only long term answer to the powder keg of the Middle East is to clear the scene of tyrants and allow the people there to grow decent, lawful, representative governments. For his courageous stand on "other" people's freedoms, not just that of Americans, President Bush is among our greatest presidents.
People say "Bush is stupid but he’s stolen two elections".
No liberal has ever been able to explain how Bush could possibly be simultaneously stupider than a bag of doorknobs yet so wickedly brilliant that he stole two elections and tricked the whole world into war in Iraq. Or that he is dumber than a stack of bricks yet he tricked the country into believing that 19 Muslim wackos brought down the World Trade Center and attacked the Pentagon and Flight 93, all without anyone discovering the intricate plot beforehand.
One of the things that really burns my butt about the Bush era is the brainless liberal charge Bush is “intellectually incurious.” But I wonder: how many of our elected Democrats—and even some Republicans—even understood what just is happening in Iraq? How many whiney liberals truly understand military strategy and tactics and could go toe to toe with Gen. Petraeus on the subject?

No, not at all. Why should any-ones good or bad work record affect me? That is something his family and close friends will have to deal with. No-one else in the US is responsible for anybodies mistake that was made. Note also that countries around the world know about American feelings here in the US and have made numerous comments to the American people.

No, He is not an idiot.
During the Clinton Era, he allowed China to spy and steal technologies, Korea was allowed to advance the development of nuclear weapons. Al Qaeda was allowed to advance and flourish and after many attacks on the United States, finally allowed to destroy the twin towers.
In Contrast to Democrat Speak, the Bush administration has taken delivery of WMD's from Libya, and worked to bring them back into the word community, he has attacked Al Qaeda and other despots to bring freedom to over 50 million people. There has not been another attack on our soil, so his strategy is working.
The failure comes from the people of this nation that refuse to see the danger, the failure to understand what will happen if we fail in our mission. These people hate what our country stands for: Freedom for all, Justice for all, and the punishment of those who stand against us in our righteous duty.
The Press is against war at all cost, Roosevelt knew this in world war two, and refused to allow journalists participation in the war. now the all powerful press is eroding the national Psyche to advance there socialist agenda, along with the ACLU, and their puppets the in the Democrat Party.
One can view who the "idiots" are if they view the totality of world events and what it means for Americans in general.
