I know it may be uncomfortable but you need to go see a doctor about it. It may be something that a topical ointment could clear up or it may need medical attention. Nobody needs to know except the doctor. It may be nothing, but it could just be a rash or you could be allergic to something. Make sure you are washing it well daily, good hygiene is really important. Wash with lots of soap and warm water. If you do this and it doesn't go away after awhile, then you will know if its something more of an underlying problem. Maybe you are allergic to something or its just a rash of some sort that won't go away. It could be so many things, but jsut go see your doctor, i know it's uncomfortable to do so, but something we gotta do.

If you aren't sexually active and it isn't irritating you, it's probably nothing to worry about.

Ask your father (mother's tend to over-react and stress you out for no reason) and if he thinks it's necessary go to see your doctor. I am circumcised and my son isn't. My wifer worried that there was something wrong with his penis because he had a lot of loose skin on the end of his knob (go figure). So we went to the doctor and the three of us (doctor, son and I) had a good laugh, ate some jelly beans, and went home with the good news for mother.
