I think my guy is seeing a girl from his work, what can i do?

I have been with my guy for 2 yrs now. Up until a month ago i never ever thought that i wouldn't trust him. That's all changed. He asked me to get a message out his phone to reply back to and i opened the wrong one. I read the txt and it certainly didn't have anything to do with work. Should i just forget about it and keep goingon. I'm 31 with 2 kids, i had 9 yrs of hell with my ex. Don't want to get pissed around again i can't be hassled with it.help
