Do not purchase any software to remove this. The fix is here and free and very easy and works for many malware and spyware including spydawn http://www.jackiestewart.co.uk choose "pchelp stuff" and then scroll down to "hijack zlob removal"

Download Spybot at download.com for FREE. Then run the virus scan. The scan will detect the spyware and remove it permanently.

If you have experience with RegEdit, it may have put itself here:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\ +
Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

If so, delete.
