ask said friend right out; "Is something wrong? You're acting really weird around me. It's as if you don't like me and don't want to tell me. What's up?"

I knew whom my friends at work are after the word is out that two of my nails have eroded. I actually have coworkers making fun of my nails. How superficial can a person get? They're even distancing themselves from me and are parents. Now, if they're kids were in my position, they would tell that kid to evade those classmates. Look how they're acting with me.
My obliterated nails are the culumination of a bad epileptic medication. I have known one of these people for ten years and she's seen me through the seizures. She just never saw one due to not working on my shift.

This behavior could mean they are not the good friends that you thought them to be. I would look for other friends to associate with. It has been my experience, that when this is happening, they will talk about you behind your back. There was a girl in our group that I liked, but the others would act funny around her. If she wasn't with the group, they would say things about her. I didn't like it and would defend her.

Friends are people that you have fun with and associate with. I'm not sure it means what you think it means, but I don't know the situation either. If they're acting funny, then I think you should talk to them about it. Just ask them why they're acting weird around you.

Maybe. You should learn to feel better about yourself, you have a low esteem. first thing to work on is to like yourself be your own friend, then you won't worry about what other people think of you, it takes time, As you go through life you will find that the people who will hurt you the most will be friends who you trusted the most.

hmm...i dunno about that 1. well, it depends on what they're acting like. if they act like they feel uncomftortable around you, then maybe one of them told all of them not to be ur frend. to dump you. but if they act like they dread being with you, then maybe they're considering staying ur frend. u need to show them how much of a good frend u are . you'll never know if you don't find out. u could ask some of their other frends. you could ask them ur self, or you could go to the counseler. there's a lot of options. think about it. and take the one that u think is right 4 u.
*good luck!*

Your friends show their loyalty to you by being true and sincere to you, if this is missing in your relationship, then question it. They also show it by not talking thrash behind you back or not being disgusted when you are around them, they should enjoy your company.
