First of all the Doolittle Raid was done with B-25 Mitchell Bombers not a B-29 Super fortress (It's too big for the deck of the Carriers) The B-29 was the bomber that attack the city. It was called Enola Gay after the Pilot's mother. It took off from the Mariana Island.
