Make sure you fold the toilet paper instead of scrunching. This way, you get to practice oregami while you decide which direction to wipe. Keep some moist towlettes for those occasions when you can't seem to remove that sticky crap from your bum hair!

I don't think it matters much with a guy...It's does with a girl because if feces get near or in the vagina it cause cause serious problems.
