how would you use it and why did you pick it

flight, I would use it just to do regular activitys such as walking up stairs, but I would also try and help people. I picked this because since I have been really little I have had dreams about flying, without wings or a helecopter or anything just flying, sort of like superman.

Self healing
this way I could walk right up to anyone, do or say anything i needed to and not have to worry about dying

well, if icould have any superpower, it would be the ability be like the one guy from the Fantastic Four who can light on fire. i think that would be freakin awesome and plus, i could make smores to my heart's content
