With all these guys on here trying to fight about women's rights?
Isn't this supposed to be a forum to discuss Women's Studies?

Indeed it is. Since "Women's Rights" relates to the study of women, some posters ask or answers questions pertaining to the unfairness of such rights. Other topics include behaviors women partake in, so posters analyze/criticize that too. Some people post ******** things that are either misandrous or misogynistic, and those tend to get a lot of attention. If you have an open place like this on the internet, this is exactly what you're going to get. Not much anyone can do about it.

EDIT: What a pity. It appears that the "petition" has disappeared, and apparently with good reason. Maybe someone saw through the bull?

This area has attracted quite a following of immature, women-hating men who use this area to spew their venom. On the other hand, there are a number of women and men who are capable of mature, assertive, conversations about womens and mens concerns, but they often get drowned out by the relentlessly juvenile males.

Yes my dear it is, yet there are misogynous males and one or two short sighted females who believe they can destroy the premise of feminism and the fight for equality for all by harassing others in this section. If you check out the questions you will notice that most are intent on stressing that women want support for the children in the event of a divorce. Males seem to believe that once a marriage breaks down they are no longer responsible for the children of that union. Many come here whining and complaining about how "some woman did them wrong", and we all have to pay with tears of boredom.

Yes, and some men have used it instead as a sounding board for their hatred and insecurities.
