Okay, so I know that many countries have similarities, but what is a unique quality that is SPECIFICALLY Malaysian?

The ONLY thing that is particularly unique about Malaysia and we WONT be getting or see it from any country in the whole world will be~~~
:::: Its like a melting pot of race, culture and religion, where all the races and communities co-exist harmoniously. People will see, feel and enjoy the vibrant of Malaysian soul, which is very rare, even in other asian countries. The warmth of Malaysian hospitality, will always leave a mark in each of everyone, not just the people itself, travelers will feel it too. We always smiles to people even they are strangers to us..we will always try to please each and everyone..:::
:::::The glorious food!! Its heaven for food lovers..its endless of variety, not just local food..we have everything here..and its include international speciality too! And Malaysian loves to feed their guests..they loves that satisfaction feeling when their guests leaving full fed. Even, whenever we go, we will say ' Jemput Makan ( Come and eat..) or Kita makan dulu ya..( Please mind us eating us first..)..its like giving a respect to others..:::
And i think these are among the most unique about Malaysia!

Well one thing about Malaysia that maakes it unique in the Muslim world. It is a progressive nation. It seen its economy grow fast compared to other countries. It has a good education rate. It is a tolerant society respecting minorities. Many people of different religions other than Islam live in complete harmony. In other words, it is slightly different from the Islamic world.

1) Importing thousands of Immigrant workers who commit crimes;
2) Chinesse mainland girls who come here on tourist visas and work as prostitutes;
3) Thousands of massage parlours, karaoke's which end up as heaven for sex;
4) A government who after 49yrs of independent does not want to open up to the minorities. Every **** by the government there's a quota;
5) No freedom of speech (ISA's waiting dude)
All the above is what is unique about Malaysia.

Malaysia Truly Asia!!! What's unique about Malaysia is that the Malays, Chineses, Indians and other races lives peacefully.

Unique due to
- diversify & lots of etnics & cultures where ppl live together in harmony.
- several party component from diff etnic joined together to form a government.
- never been to a real war with anyone . gain independence with diplomatic not war
- never been influence by other Big Country such as America or others. (singapore political view influence by U.S)
- a natural balance of everything in nature.. the oldest rainforest, the nicest beaches, the untap enviroment & etc2
- great natural resources & no rely on other country for it..
- great variety of gracious food & drinks.
- so many public holiday which i love the most.

my family , friend and society i am in makes my living wonderful here. we Malaysian have our brain for jokes and food functioning almost at the same frequency. give me world most pleasant place to stay (with lotsa money of cos) but without them i am partially dead! .
after a long stay in overseas flying back to malaysia in MAS meeting my own kinda people in flight i felt so lega.

malaysian are multi culture/ race country. too bad other race to not share the equal right with the malays. isn't tht unique or what?

the chinese malaysian speak mandarin, cantonese, english and bahasa melayu well.
lots of food variety. diaherrea guaranteed.
petronas twin towers. so u and me can see kl from top view.
strict muslim rules like no other.
muslim special benefits/discounts over property or anything at all.
companies racial quotas.
superb drivers with "im hurrying to buy my birth certificate" motto.
muslim ang-pows.
3 kinds of racial schools.
monopoly companies like tenaga nasional, genting highland.
KLIA airport thats well spent and be expected that some cargo may have gone missing too.
news tv/newspaper controlled by politicians.
lots of holidays till other foreigners cry "foul !!"

The way we combine our language with the top three race. Using 'lah', 'mah' and 'ayoyo'. Sounds disturbing but its the truth. I guess thats what makes it unique to me
