What I see
When I look in the mirror this is what I see
I see sensitivity
Gentleness and more
When I look in the mirror this is what I see
I see a girl who is lost
Who needs to find herself
When I look in the mirror this is what I see I see
I see passion, love
And tenderness
When I look in the mirror this is what I see
I see me

Family
Family is the reason I live
Without them I would be miserable
They are the reason
I give
Myself the erge to breathe
They are always there for me
Even when
I don’t always need them to be
Lord knows I would go crazy without them
That’s why God blessed me

I thought that some of the metaphysical imagery was particularly effective. Interesting rhythmic devices too, which seemed to counterpoint the surrealism of the underlying metaphor of the humanity of the poet's compassionate soul, which contrives through the medium of the verse structure to sublimate this, transcend that, and come to terms with the fundamental dichotomies of the other and one is left with a profound and vivid insight into whatever it was the poem is about!
