Call him!!! ask him what he's been doing. ask him what his plans are for spring break. talk about anything that pops up. if all else fails, do what I used to do and make fun of people you both know!!

Ok, as a guy I would really appreciate it if the girl would make the first step. It is about time we realised that the times when only guys would ask the girls out have PASSED. The world has changed, things have changed. It's not a shame if the girl speaks or calls first..on the contrary, it's nice and beautiful. Don't hesitate, make the first move and don't be stubborn like most of the girls. Listen to your heart and call him. You have absolutely nothing to lose, trust me! I wish you luck!
