"floppy and sloppy" is onomatopoeia - The use of words which imitate sound.

Rhyme - The similarity of ending sounds existing between two words, is throughout the entire poem (obviously :P)

"And he told them all why he looked so sad,/And he told them all why he felt so bad." Repetition - the repeating of words, phrases, lines, or stanzas (also happens in the laughter part)

All of these things are folund in more than one spot in the poem... but here is a start for you!

HOW TO EXPLICATE A POEM

A poetry explication is a relatively short analysis which describes the possible meanings and relationships of the words, images, and other small units that make up a poem. Writing an explication is an effective way for a reader to connect a poem's plot and conflicts with its structural features.
