If you have two computer hard drives, one empty and one full, does the full one have more weight (no matter how small)?

Hm. My opinion:
No. The magnetic domains are present in an unformatted platter, and making some of them "up" and some "down" does not put energy into a platter, and thus does not add mass to the platter.

No. Information has no mass. But the medium upon which the information exists may (or may not) have mass depending on how the information is stored.
