Randy Orton, he'll pin either Carlito or Flair, and this will in some way build those two twords their own WM23 match.

I think it will be Orton and he will qualify on ECW or Smackdown this week. I think it will just be a regular wrestling match. I'm leaning toward it being ECW and him wrestling Sandman.
Nitro had his qualifying match on ECW (lost to CM Punk), so the match doesn't necessarily have to be on the show the wrestler is on.
