I believe you mean this equation:

6 CO2 + 6 H2O --> C6H12O6 + 6 O2

carbon dioxide + water --> glucose + oxygen

carbon dioxide (gas)+ water (liquid)+ light energy --> glucose (aqueous)+ oxygen (gas)

6 CO2 + 6 H20 + light energy --> C6H12O6 + 6 O2
