probably because they have wonderful make-up artists and airbrushing to fix all their blemishes. not to mention millions of dollars to buy the BEST plastic surgeons and their new treatments etc.
just try to remember that Hollywood is not REALITY! its suger coated and fake.

For a start not everyone gets stretch marks but celebs are not different to us they do get stretch marks like everyone else, if u think about it how often have you seen Victoria beckhams tummy on show since she had kids, I know I haven't seen it very much or seen her in a bikini so may she does have them the same as britney she doesn't show her midriff like she used to. They also have clever make up artist who can hid the marks.

Oh gosh. Please don't believe everything you see in the magazines. They would do so many touch ups. As a matter of fact I have seen a picture of Britney Spear's stretch marks. I also read an article Victoria Beckham admitting she has cellulite and stretch marks and hates looking at herself naked in the mirror.

Fake tan to cover them up, airbrushing, laser treatment etc. I've heard the reason Victoria Beckham keeps her stomach covered up is because she has wrinkly skin and stretchmarks on her tum, she is human after all!

it is because of a slow, controlled weight gain. Celebs generally have to watch what they eat and are thinking about it 24/7. Many women I know get pregnant and then start to eat everything they want or a lot more just because they are pregnant!
if weight is gained slowly it helps the skin adapt and stretch and perhaps not get stretch marks by tearing the under layers.
also genetics plays a big role.

Make up, good dressers and make up artists, good publicists that won't let pictures of stretch marks get out, they were in good shape before they were pregnant and probably used something that would cost an ordinary person $500 for one application to minimize the trauma of pregnant to the skin. Any and/or all of the above. Probably alot of other things too.

They do, but they are airbrushed out.
I guess you missed the copy of Star where they revealed all the stars stretchmarks and cellulite. It was quite embarassing to a lot of stars.
Even Kate Moss has cellulite and the girl who left the OC

My mom carried twins to full term (38 weeks) and had no stretch marks at all. I carried one 7lb baby and look like I have be attacked by a wild animal! I don't understand why some get them and some don't. I'm sure we are only hearing about the ones who don't. The others probably keep their belly well covered...like I do LOL.

Some people are just lucky. The rest of us really do get stretch marks. I think the celebrities have the money for treatments after to have them removed. I know people swear by certain creams but I haven't found anything that truly works. Some people are more prone to it than others.

Stretch marks usually occur in the last month of pregnancy. Most celebrities have c-sections a month before the baby is due therefore no stretch-marks! They also have a tummy tuck at the same time!

I didn't have a stretch mark until the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy where the baby is laying down its fat stores and you grow pretty rapidly.
Ever wonder why celebs book themselves in for C sections 4 weeks before their date? Or don't tell us when they are due but always seem to have tiny babies?
Becuase they get the little mites whipped out before that stage to avoid stretch marks.
Shallow or what?
