When is firmware 3.50 and 4.00 coming for the psp?

I always upgrade my psp to the latest firmware that's available, I know that right now the current firmware version is 3.11 but I am anxious to know when are versions 3.50 and 4.00 coming for the psp. Only serious answers please.

When someone find a way to downgrade 3.11.

Many upgrade is only minor improvements. The main purpose is to close security holes that allow people to downgrade their PSP.
