all I know about it is that it's a dance song and she says 'lay all your lies on me' in the chorus. Emphasis on 'dance' and 'she'. people keep telling me that it's the one by Twonicus, but I know it's not. does anyone know who it's really by?

Probably it is "Lay All Your Love on Me" originally by Abba, then covered by many artists, including Erasure, Sylver or Information Society.
