I have tried so many sleep aides and ways to get myself to sleep better but I have officially deicded that it is all about the mood you set and your surroundings. Try Mid Nite. It's a herbal supplement that you can take if you wake up in the middle of the night and you won't have that morning grogginess that sleeping pills cause. Or you could just try some Melatonin, which is the active ingredient in Mid Nite.
