Of course it's too easy. To change a percent to a decimal, move the decimal over 2 places to the left--for example, 5 percent would be .05 in decimals. And, you should memorize the common fractions in percents--a half is 50 percent, a fourth is 25 percent, an eighth is 12.5 percent, a third is 33 1/3 percent, and so on. That way, you won't have to waste your questions.
