my parents are giving me $200 dollars for my birthday plans [which also includes money for a gift, but i'll deal with that with the money that i get]
my dad's friend is a dj and ive thought of doing a hotel party but i decided that i want something memorable

Get a bunch of cameras, the disposable kind! Give one to everyone who arrives. Have a contest for the best photo taken! Lots of fun, and everyone gets a trunk full of memories of you. One condition, everyone must get a picture of everyone at the party. In other words,everyone will have their picture taken by each person at least once. To tell you the truth the best party will be the one where everyone brings the pictures back from the first party and the voting begins. Make sure you get a real stupid looking trophy for the winner. You can also request that everyone get double prints or at least lets you scan the ones you like. You will be busy sending pics to so many people from every ones set that you will have allot of very close friends for a very long time. When all the dust settles, grab all the best pics from each set and make a scrapbook of the party. Sweet sixteen only comes around once!
