I'm not a guitarist, but I know of some excellent sounding guitar solos. Check 'em out:

-"Sweet Child O' Mine"&"Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns N Roses

-"Seize the Day", "Bat Country" and "Beast and the Harlot" by Avenged Sevenfold

-There's one AC/DC song with 4 guitar solos in it, but I don't remember the title.

-"Slither" and "Fall to Pieces" by Velvet Revolver.

If this doesn't help turn on a local hard rock radio station, you may find some songs with difficult guitar parts. Happy hunting!
