The Police Officer said there was not much I could do but to upgrade my car for this type of things not to happen again. such as fix my window and put a better alarm.

Yeah go talk to another po-po and maybe check to see if any one that was ridin in your car stole it. I would make sure I put an alrm on my car too maybe a no show camera that only u no wher it is.

The officer was right. This is considered very minor. It's a one in a million shot they'll ever find your CD player.
