I have to write a paragraph of convincing my teacher so i can go to UCR in the summer for a special program applied for Geometry teacher. But i dont know how to start. Please give me some idea or a good example. Thank you

I have to write a paragraph to convince my teacher to let me go to UCR in the summer time. But i dont know how to start. PS: this is a special program offer to the honored geometry students. Please give me some idea and good example. thank you

How about, I have a dream and a need to further my education so that I may be able to help others, as you have....., then just speak from your heart. That always works best for me. Write and speak from your heart, as people know when you are genuine. Good luck and I wish you well during your stent on the summer program. And you must think positive!!!

Does the application give you prompts? If so, choose one of those. If not, try to write this like you would write a college essay. An easy topic would be to think of some really special event to you and why it is so. And if it involves your love for math, then even better.
