If you want to spy your computer then you should use those kind of softwares..and there are options of snap shots and email services to you.. BEE is one of them.. otherwise if you want to take snaps of your own work whatever you are doing you can use Printscreen key through your keyboard..as the above person said...so . resolved???

Try Snagit. Print screen captures the whole monitor, Snagit can capture a window only.

ctrl + prnt screen (button after f12) and paste it into paint or some graphic program
