AS far as Competitors are there IMs cannot be made as a Paid service.
So i think It will never be a Problem.

Messenger, probably not, phone calling features in Messenger arent free, but quite possibly emails could end up costing us in the long run.

No. That's one of those things that started in an email string and then ran rampant throughout the email networks...an obnoxious rumor, no merit, don't worry.
You may want to check out a couple of sites that keep track of bogus email and internet stories:

here's info on your yahoo messenger...as you can see this particular rumor has gone on for some years.

Then put MSN messenger in your computer. Bush uses it all the time and his mother won't let him make people pay for it cause then she wouldn't beable to tell him, Eat your vegetables.
