for as long as they wish to use it at work for non work related issues i would time there use and take it off their pay!don;t waste employers time/money to do your own thing/or i would make them stay the amount of time they waisted during the day to do some over-time for free.

If this is an challenge about easily having a holiday celebration, do what we did at our company. a collection of people from diverse religions were offended when we had a Christmas celebration quite a few years in the past, so then we replaced it to a holiday celebration, which pissed of the Jehovah's Witnesses, so we replaced it to a "iciness" celebration, and informed all of us that that is a iciness party, a twin of we've a summer picnic (maximum summer picnics are not any more vacation proper, so the relationship worked). except that, this is his company, his guidelines.

first off you have to have a written policy and it has to read and signed by employee then you reprimand up to and including whatever your policy states. Other than that you can't do much with out facing a lawsuit.

Depending on you company policy. let them use it during break and lunch or warn them twice the third time they are fired.

all your policies have to be in writing warn them. check with your labour board or union before talking to them.
