whats the physiological explanation of declined muscle tension?

Frequency is increased for each trail. each trail last ten seconds and fatigue is shown each time (according to zero seconds and ten). As freq gets higher and higher, the tension starts declining dramatically. in physiological explanation, whys the tension declining?
