27 cu feet = 1 cu yard
267/27 = round up to 10 cu yards

Asphalt shrinks as it dries; different asphalt mixtures shrink by different amounts. If this is a real project, ask your supplier how much his asphalt will shrink when it dries and then scale your purchase up to the required amount.
