i tunes program wont work?help please?

i tried using the i tunes program but it wont work.the send an error report appears.I tried reinstalling the program but all that comes out is the repair or unistall page and if i do repare the program it still wont work. I tried unistalling and then reinstalling still didnt work. also if i try to delete the i tune it wont delete. help please

run a virus program on your computer to detect viruses. sometimes they stop itunes from working.

First go to control panel and add/remove programs. Remove the program. then go to apple.com and reinstall it. If that doesn't work, than call www.apple.com
