I have sometimes pondered taking a "Women's Studies" course at my school.
Some men tell me that it's great because like 99% of the classroom is female. Many times you'll be the only male in there. It will attract a lot of attention towards you from the ladies, mainly in the positive sense. They told me the female classmates will find it admirable that a man is taking a women's studies class.
I don't know. I think I'll just feel odd and stick out too easily.
Ladies, have you ever seen a man in a Women's Studies class? Gentlemen, have you ever taken a Women's Studies class?
Share your experiences.

Go for it, one can never gain to much knowledge. And their is something sexy about a man who has knowledge of women and women issues. Good luck and go for it. Hey did your girlfriend get to to the doctor and get rid of that horrible vaginal odor you were posting questions about? God bless****

I have seen a small percentage of males in Women's Studies classes. All member of the class respect one another. When you have a group of people who are open to learning and listening to others opinions a great deal of knowledge can be shared. However when you have people that harass and threaten the academic environment becomes far less conducive to achieving any agreement or resolution.

I took a women's studies course 2 years ago and there were 6 guys in the class (there were 25 people total). If you want to take a women's studies class I'd say go for it!

As an engineering student, whose classes are 90% male, I say go for it. I envy the guys taking Nursing or Womens Studies, class is much more interesting when the people you sit next to actually bathe :(

I support Women's Studies, and would probably find many of the courses to be fascinating, but I would definitely be a bit intimidated about taking such a course.

If you are genuinely interested in taking this class go for it, but don't do it to score dates. Who knows, you might even learn a thing or two.
Take care : )

if you love man-hating and that sort of thing, women's studies is the place for you to be.
If you are looking for women to date and want to date a man-hater, women's studies is the place for you to be.
Like you said, you know dirtbag women that stink and refuse to bathe, and if you want to be around those monsters, women's studies is the place for you to be.
If you don't like any of those things, women's studies is not the place for you to be.
