I haven't been sleeping to well and have been stressed. When this happens it takes a toll on my skin and eyes. Does anyone know a way to help???? I have a cold mask I use, it reduces puffiness, but does not help with the circles.

Stressed huh?
Why not do this for the circles under your eyes. I have heard this works and meany stars do this it may even give you a chance to relax a bit.
You know how in those salons how they have cucumber over the eyes well instead of cumbers use a slices of potato's it is supposed to help with that.

LoL the fun part is that you already know what you are experiencing that causes the circles... The main reasons are stress, lack of sleep and lack of drinking clear water. Then comes eating unhealthy food and lack of regular daily workout routine.
You can use make-up to cover them. But if you want to deal with the problem I strongly recommend you to control your stress and get some sleep. Also drink a lot of water. But nothing else helps if you don't do these things...
You may want to read articles I've wrote about this topic on my website:

Take care about your health and the circles will go away by themselves. You will also feel much better and your body will be grateful to you. What else would you want? :)

a million) Get adequate sleep. 2) Drink lots of water. 3) Take a multi-nutrition. 4) Get universal exercising. Yup, sounds overly simplistic, yet basically feeling rested and doing each and all the failings to furnish your self lots of potential will help decrease under-eye circles. even nevertheless it fairly is going to easily do plenty, for the reason that some people basically have for sure skinny tissue stunning under their eyes. and consequently God invented concealer. =)

There's no 1 night remedy for dark circles -believe me, i know, coz i hav 'em too. The only way to get rid of them is to start sleeping early coz the repairing time for skin is between 11pm to 2am. Since you only want natural ways, assuming, besides sleeping early, you could try putting cold used green tea bags over your eyes or eat a bit of dark chocolate sometimes as so i heard. Also, make sure you keep your eyes away from absorbing any more sun rays!
Green tea helps to soothe the skin and make you -and hopefully the undereyes- fairer. So drink up !
Btw, camomile tea with a bit of honey would help you to relax your body muscles and hopefully*Everybody's body reacts differently.* get you to sleep.
So if you're having stress problems, try to reduce it first before bedtime, since you're gonna be to anxious to sleep.

drink water! it will reduce the appearance of dark circles because your skin is more hydrated. Also, you might want to try something called Lemon Aid by Benefit, it does and amazing job of covering dark circles.

All you can do is slap on concealer and hope for the best.
Try cucumber slices but that really only works on puffiness and redness.
Drink lots of water, and get some rest!!!!
