How to be a good server?

When you guys and girls go out to the pub/club scene, tell me what makes a good server?

Smile when you greet me, look me in the eye, speak to the ladies first, and pay attention when I order. Come back and check on me 2 or 3 times throughout the course of my meal, and do not let my drink get empty.
